A Study On The Intelligence Mechanism Of The Formation Of The Enterprise Competitive Advantage In China

The theory about enterprise competitive advantage is one of the important theories in the enterprise management field. With the rapidly increase of competition of market environment, enterprise must form the steady and persistent competitive advantage. How to reply the vertiginous, competitive environment? How to penetrate the actions of competitor in time? The author considers the most important thing is mastering all kinds of information about the survive and development of enterprise, transforming the information advantage into competitive advantage. Therefore, this paper considers this problem based on this point of view, make the idea of competitive intelligence run through the practice and theory of the enterprise competitive advantage's formation, which can ensure the formation and maintaining of enterprise competitive advantage. The text comprises four parts:The first part mainly analyses the theory of enterprise competitive advantage and the elementary knowledge of competitive intelligence. On one hand, it gives a linear description and introduce on the development of the theory of competitive advantage, points out the formation of enterprise competitive advantage has an important function on the enterprise; on the other hand, analyses the basic element and work mechanism of enterprise competitive intelligence. Furthermore, clarifies the inevitable relation between the enterprise competitive advantage and competitive intelligence, the carrying through of competitive intelligence can guarantee the formation of enterprise competitive advantage.The second part discusses the sources and conditions of the formation of enterprise competitive advantage on the angle of integration of theory and practice. It uses the theory of dialectic in philosophy for reference to classify the composition of enterprise competitive advantage, and points out its two elements: extrinsic advantage and intrinsic advantage, which can establish its permanence.The third and forth part puts the theory of informatics into the system of enterprise competitive advantage, and separately discusses how the competitiveintelligence work to assist the form of the two kinds competitive advantage.There are some innovation points in this paper: decomposes the enterprise competitive advantage, discusses the elements of enterprise competitive advantage from the aspect of practice; secondly, makes the theory of competitive intelligence blend into the practice of competitive advantage, decomposes the traditional competitive intelligence work, and combines the work into the two kinds competitive advantage, also separately discusses competitive" intelligence's work mechanism.
