A Study On The Economic Development, The Optimization Of The Industrial Structure And The Spatial Structure In Longnan Mountainous Ares

China is a mountainous country. The level of the economic development in mountainous area, and the conditions of the ecological environment influence Chinese economic development and construction of the ecological environment greatly. At present, the ecological environments have been deteriorated continually, and the economy developed slowly in mountainous area. Moreover, the disparity between the mountainous area and the plain and urban has been increased gradually. All of above phenomena hinder the whole country from developing economy harmoniously. Then the mountainous area gradually becomes one of the most important areas in the research of our country's regional development. The dissertation researches on Longnan region of Longnan mountainous area in Gansu province and analyzes deeply the level of Longnan region economic development, the adjustment of the industry structure and the reorganization of the spatial structure in Longnan region. The research methods and the outcomes of this dissertation can offer the scientific basis for the strategy of economic development and drawing up the correlative policy Longnan region. Meanwhile, above the research methods and the outcomes also can be a helpful reference for the economic development of another mountainous areas in China.This dissertation is consisted of eight parts as following:Part one: at first, the dissertation formulates the background of the thesis, then put defines the regional boundary where the thesis research on, and summarizes the relative reference, in which the economic development of the mountainous areas is researched in our country, to make certain on the methods and the thoughts in the whole thesis.Part two: In this part, the dissertation discusses some theories which can support the frame of the thesis, for example: the core-periphery theory, the highland-lowland interaction theory, the theory of growth pole, the theory of regional division of labor, the theory industrial structure optimization and the theory of regional sustainable development.Part three: the dissertation analyzes the conditions of the economic development in Longnan region from the following aspects: the nature resource, the potential of the economic development and the opportunity and challenge which it would be facing on.Part four: the dissertation studies the strategical orientation development of Longnan region. Based on the analyzed conditions of Longnan region. At first, the dissertation puts forward the main principle of strategical orientation of regional development. Then combing with economic development condition in Longnan, the dissertation also puts forward the industry and spatial orientation in the development of Longnan region.Part five: the dissertation studies the optimized adjustment of the industrial structure in Longnan region, and analyzes the problems existed in the adjustment of the industrial structure in Longnan region, then puts forward the principle of the optimized adjustment of the industrial structure, finally the dissertation considers that adjustment of the agriculture structure, the second industry structure and the third industry structure must be emphasized.Part six. the dissertation studies the reorganization of the spatial structure in Longnan region, and explains the problems existed in the reorganization of the spatial structure in Longnan region, in order to resolve above problems, the overall thought of the reorganization of the spatial structure are drawn up.Part seven: the dissertation puts forward the countermeasures and proposals to quicken the tempo of the economic development in Longnan region from the improvement of the ecological environment, the exploitation of human resource, the construction of the infrastructure, the construction of the town construction and the idea of the scientific development.Part eight: Finally, the dissertation summarizes the outcomes of the article research and problems, which will be studied further in Longnan region.
