Research On Forest Recreation Value And Deep Development Of Ecotourism For The Forest Parks On The North Slope Of Qin Ling Mountains

With the support of the national natural science fund, on the basis of the consideration of the Man- Land relationship, This paper use the method of TCM to evaluate the recreation value of the 17 forest parks on the North Slope of Qin Ling Mountains.Based on it, the problems of the deep development of eco-toursim of forest parks are discussed, futher more the four-level system model to develop the eco-toursim in ecological region are given.This paper is divided eight parts: the first part is the introduction, in this part the related concepts, the present research conditions, the main contest, the significance of the research are listed. In the second part, the characteristics of the natural and economic conditions on the North Slope of Qinling Mountains are given. Thirdly, from the direction of economic, the study methods are introduced. Based on the investigation and the first-hand data the tenency of time and space distributions of tourists in forest parks is analyzed. With the method of TCM, the recreation value is calculated that is 15825.4xl04 yuan. In the fourth part of this paper, the ecological factors are evaluated and give its level. The fifth part is to analyze the corresponding of the Man- Land relationship. Totally considered the huge and complicated system of the society, the economic and the ecology, from the two directions of analyzing the single factor and the multiple factors, the recreation value of forest parks are studied, and use the software of LOTUS 1-2-3, the quantization conclusion is received:Compared the pratical evaluation with the formula simulated value, the matching degree are excellent. The author continues to use this formula to evaluate the recreation value of the developing and the developed forest parks. In the sixth part, the related problemsof the deep development of the forest park's eco-tourism are discussed, and the four -level system model is also provided to analyze the deep development of our country. In the seventh part of this paper analyses the case of the Louguantai Park. In the last part of the paper, the conclusions are obtained, it is suggested that the ideal model of the Sustainable development of the forest parks is the depth eco-tourism.The outstanding contributions of this paper are following: firstly, the recreation value on the North Slope of Qinling Mountains is analyzed quantitatively. Secondly, sysmeticaly consided the matching degree of the Man- Land relationship. Thirdly, based on the system analysis of the relation-structure of the man and the environment, the equation is given to support the quantitative study of the deep development of the forest parks. The fourth contribution is to provide the four-level system model of the deep development of eco-tourism, which is benefit for the ecological region to develop eco-tourism futher.The research is aimed at special problem and trys to link up the quantitative relation among the nature, the society and the economics, from the direction of eco-tourism, the beneficial efforts are made in order to edtablish the ecological economic and even the ecological society and the ecological civilization.
