Tourism, as a symbol of modern civilization, has been an important part in our daily life. With the further deepening of the concept of sustainable development, modern tourism also is becoming the largest industry in the world. It has entered into a new stage of sustainable development while tourism in China has developed rapidly and become one of the main economy growth points in recent years. But in recent years, especially after entering WHO, the tourism industry is facing the fiercer competition. All things will be changed, including the organization structure, marketing tactics, operation of tourism industry in China.The paper points out the situation and the problem of the tourism industry in China through analyzing the surrounding , the opportunity and the weakness. The character of the paper is to provide some useful inspiration and reference to further marketing activities of Chinese tourism, which may be good to our industry development. And the author not only makes some theoretical research, but also puts forward a lot of practical. To tourism it is very important that to integrate the general theory and the now day's practice.
