On The Adjustment Of The Division System In The Travel Service Industry Of Our Country

In view of the tumult of China's travel service industry and the well-ordered development in the travel trade in Europe and America, the appeal for accelerating the adjustment of division system in the travel service industry of our country has become the focus of mass' attraction.The thesis first compares the forming progress and inherent mechanism of division system in the travel trade in Europe with those in China, then, proposes the necessity and target mode (collectivization for large-scale travel services, specialization for middle-scale travels services and being agents for small-scale travel services) of adjusting the division system in the travel service industry of our country, combining with the present situation. The fourth chapter finds out the deep-rooted obstacles which restrict the adjustment of the division system in the travel service industry of our country by analyzing the inner and outer operating circumstances. On these bases, the paper also puts forward a series of corresponding measures from macroscopic and microcosmic layers. So, the thesis has the theoretical and realistic significance to realize the aim of rationalization of the division system in the travel service industry of our country.
