| Since the reform to open , along with the agricultur reform deepened and the economic development in village, our agriculture met the same problems as the developed nations met at modern earlier period, such as the agricultural product is difficult to sell, the farmer income increases slow-moving etc. For the solution to these problems, the village of the some region starts promoting the agriculturalintegration. But, at present our economics framework is still in the transitional period, the related system actors still influence the agriculturalintegration progress directly or indirectly. This thesis analyse the factors which restricted the development of the agriculturalintegration, put forward the counterplan measure that creative system set up should adopt.This thesis is divided into the four parts.The first part summarized the basic theories of agriculturalintegration. First, introduce a few different concepts of, conclouding the concept of agriculturalintegration which get a common ground for reaching is:1, regard merchandise economy as the foundation, the item of the management regards market as to lead to;2, practice the production, process and sale integral management, breaking the one construction of the past artificial partition;3, break the relations of ownership, administration district, profession, according to the items of business, recombine and circulate the production factors;4,management as the form of the business enterprise," risk common undertake and profit common share" economic community. The next, generalized the basic characters of agriculturalintegration, those are the integration of production and sale, the economic profit common share and managing according to business enterprise. Finally, introduce the different organize modes of agriculturalintegration, among them company+ the peasant household type is wide in every locality and appear early, spreading in plant industry and farming industry, in addition there is other mods such as the cooperation organizes+ peasant household type, profession market+ peasant household type, predominate the industry+ peasant household type etc..The second part, in five aspects analyzed the bachground in which the agriculturalintegration output:1, the agriculture foundation is still very weak, the agriculture production increase lack of motive power;2,it is become more and more obviousely that the scattered and small-scal agriculture economy restrict the development of the agriculature and the increase of the famer income; 3, because the influence of the long-term planned economy system is deeper and the agricultural production & sales link were partitioned, agriculture comparison benefit is low;4, the agriculture ego backlog and ego develop ability is low;5, traditional agriculture production pattern and construction can't adapt to the market need obviously. Put forward the idea that the agriculturalintegration should be developed in the conditions that the market economy is got developed and peasent orgnizations are emergedThe third part, discussed the system factors that restrict the agriculturalintegration development. First, put forward the current land system is the basic problem which restrict the agriculturalintegration development.
