The Study On Performance Rating Index System In Shannxi HQJ Pharmaceutical Limited Liability Company

Enterprise performance rating offers evidence in enterprises' role and manger's year-salary. How to design enterprise performance rating index system plays a very important effect in modern enterprise management field. In this thesis, Chinese enterprise performance rating index system is researched.At first, the history of overseas and internal enterprise performance rating index is reviewed to demonstrate that it is necessary to adjust the enterprise performance rating index system with the business situation. Secondly, the existent problems of the Performance rating index system of Shaanxi HQJ pharmaceutical limited liability company (HQJ) are discussed. Based on aforesaid analysis, the performance rating index system is improved in accordance with the theory of The Balanced Scorecard and State-owned capital Performance Rating System. The performance rating of HQJ as a living example is carried out in accordance with it's practical data.To apply a theory to practice is the characteristic of this thesis. In this thesis, the theories of performance rating are applied to resolve the problem about designing enterprise performance index system. The way to deal with a situation that has mentioned in this thesis is operable and practicable. So it is valuable. This thesis is a reference for reformation of enterprise performance rating that has been carrying on in enterprise.
