Taking Advantage Of Internet To Improve Trademark

In Internet times, enterprises pay more attention to improving services, enhancing competitive abilities and developing customers' loyalty of trademark rather than taking quality, technology, scale, and fund seriously. As a member of WTO, our country will take part in the worldwide competition. That how to take advantage of Internet to develop trademark will affect our native enterprises' competitive ability in the world in a long time. This paper have analyzed the present condition and right now's trait of trademark development, clarified the importance of trademark for an enterprise's existence and development, and pointed out the urgency and the necessary of trademark development to our native enterprises. By introducing successful trademark development strategy of GE company and P&G company, this paper have confirmed the importance of developing trademark for an enterprise.Traditional concept of developing trademark comes from a special time when information flowed very slowly. In that time trademark development turned more conservative and less enterprising .So in nowadays, that conservative traditional concept and conservative method of trademark development can't agree with nowadays' need. And an advanced trademark development method appears, which is taking advantage of service and technology to develop trademark in Internet times. First of all , This paper have explained and analyzed the trait of Internet, and then discussed developing electronic commerce, producing Internet trademark, applying trademark developing information system, setting up database of trademarkdeveloping....and all these effects. By comparing internal environment withforeign environment, this paper points out a way to develop our native trademark with Internet in the end .So this paper is provided with importance.
