The Establish Of Disregard Of Corporate Personality In Our Country

The system of disregard of corporate personality is aimed at abusing of corporate legal personality and limited ability. Such a system has been very maturate and experiential abroad but not set up in China. Based on the balance of creditor and shareholder, according to the current situation of the system of disregard of corporate personality, combining the successful experience abroad, this paper is trying to discuss the necessity of and how to set up such a system in our country.
