The Difference Between Individuals At Urban Area And Rural Area

Income of our people increased greatly after the reform and open policy. But, the difference between individuals at urban area and rural area grew fast. If it goes on without control, it will lead to incontinuous growth of economy and society unstability sooner or later. We should face this issue seriously. It's important to find the reasons and give out a solution to decrease this difference based on the reality.This article is based on the method of combining the theory and reality together. It is composed of three parts.The first part indicates the fact on incomes of people in our country. Although the overall incomes increased, the earnings of individuals are unbalanced. This unbalance gives negative effects in our development.Then, some reasons of this unbalance are analyzed. E.g. the different policies in labor market, taxes, education and insurance for urban people and rural people.Finally, advices are given in the four aspects of former part respectively.
