Research On Financial Report Model Based On Information Technology

Financial Reporting is the reports contain financial report forms which put out by corporation, other financial statements and non-financial statements. The financial report model mentioned in this thesis includes not only the content of financial reporting, but also the methods, tools and technical supports with which the financial reporting can be issued.The rapidly developing technology of information give the reform of financial reporting model a strong technical support, but it is still uncertain that how can we promote the evolution of financial reporting model based on the information technology. This thesis try to distinguish the relationship and difference among varies of financial reporting models; analyze how the information technology imposes on the present financial reporting models. As a result, we want to find a best technical approach to ameliorate the financial reporting model.The thesis composed by four parts:Part I: Make a summary of the financial reporting model; expatiate on its theoretical foundation and its objective.Part II: Expatiate the evolution of financial reporting model and its technical motivation and social motivation and described the sorted financial reporting model nowadays.Part III: Analyze the profound effect on the transform of financial reporting model imposed by the information technology.Part IV: Prospect the financial reporting model based on extensible markup language.
