The Meaning Of Constitutional Procedure

Rawls' theory of procedure justice is a pure procedure justice.If the procedure is complied by,the result .whatever it is,is considered justice.Similarly.if constitutional procedures conform to the requirements of justice and fairness,and are complied by well,people will think the valueness of human-centered &freedom ,and so on,which the constitution pursues, is embodied, but, because of technological restrictions and man-made factors, the goal above can't attained every time, so, procedure justice should be coordinated with virtuality justice. The development of proper peocedure principle-from procedurally proper procedure to virtually proper procedure-declares this publicly.
