In order to overcome the unfavorable effects on the development of real estate, Which caused by the real estate investment's high risk. We should set up the early-warning system of real estate investment in case there are risks. In this dissertation, I do an initiative research on the early-warning system of real estate investment.In this dissertation, I make a deep analysis in the whole process of real estate investment. Based on this, I structure the real estate investment's monitor index system and have a scientific recognition of these Indexes by Fuzzy method. According to these Indexes and the system of two index monitor & early-warning , we can complete the all-round and on-line early-warning against the real estate investment's whole process. In the end. I delve in the preparation for the organization and business process of the early-warning system of real estate investment's risk . And then makes an application analysis and forecast for the system.
