Study On Legal Issues Concerning Forfaiting

In middle and later periods of the forties of the 20th century ,Forfaiting financing business started by bank association, Zurich of Switzerland at first. With the deep development of global economic integration, the positive role of Forfaiting financing in international trade has gotten the extensive attention. Recently, forfaitng business has also received the high concern by every commercial bank of our country. As it is a newer business at home, in order to hold the characteristic of this business better, evade and control it's risks effectively, this text .proceeding from meaning of the forfaiting and historical development, has described the legal characteristic of the business of the forfeiting, the difference of business , such as export credit , factoring, bill-purchased ,etc.. In order to hold the business of the forfeiting accurately, the author also dwells on the legal question concerning of Assignment Receivables and has comparatively deep discussion for the risks and the countermeasures that commercial banks launch the business .
