Philosophical Consideration On Socialism Political Civilization Construction

As a category of upper construct, Political civlization is a kind of civilization which political governors pursuit of in politics and human's political creation. Chinese characteristical political civilization is being built with keeping pace with the times and Chinese characteristics.Marxism think that the key of the development of socialism politics is the new content of democratic republic given by people.The essence of socialism politics is the centre of completing social liberation and establishing the democratic republic of people democracy. The Chinese Communist Party representing by Mao Zedong has integrated Marxism political civilzation and Chinese concrete condition. They have given the republic not only the most advanced essence 梡eople democracy but also vivid Chinese characteristics. But the Chinese Communist Party have not clearly used the concept of socialism political civilization before the end of 20C. With the development of various innovation in our country, the Party's third generation leadership centring in Jiang Zemin have seriously and clearly offered " building socialism political civilization " as the important aim of establishing completely a conparatively well-off in order to echoing the times' demand of the development of modern political civilization.
