Research On Impact And Countermeasure Of Shannxi Talent People Resource To Economic Development

By qualitatively, quantitatively and positively analyzing the relationship between talent people resource and economic development, the great importance of talent people resource in economic development is expatiated theoretically. According to the definition of talent people resource and economic development and the principles of index, the Shannxi talent people resource index system and economic development index are established by using statistical data from 1982 to 2002. Based on these, the present state of talent people and economic development and the talent people efficiency of Shannxi are analyzed firstly comparing the data of China. Meanwhile, the problems existed in Shannxi talent people exploiting are put forward. Secondly, the correlation between talent people resource index and economic index is studied and the regression model in which talent people resource index is as independent variable is established. In the end, some suggestions and countermeasures on the development of talent people resource in Shannxi province are presented. This thesis creative: Establish the Shannxi talent people resource index system and economic development index; Analyze the correlation between two index systems; Establish the regression model in which talent people resource index is as independent variable and economic development index is as dependent variable; Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the exploiting of talent people resource in Shannxi province.
