It is a helpful exploration of the enterprises' income distribution system of our country to implement managers' yearly payment system of the state-owned enterprises and it has received the extensive concerns of various circles of society. The dissertation gives explanations and analyses to the overview of the yearly payment system at first, including the background that the yearly payment system arose , concept of the yearly payment system, domestic and foreign research in current situation. Functions, meanings and deficiencies existing in implementing managers' yearly payment system of enterprises. Especially, the dissertation enumerates and analyses the domestic main yearly payment system models in the part of domestic and foreign research in current situation.The dissertation carries on the systematic discussion to the yearly payment system in practice, then. In the foreign part,the dissertation gives emphasis to the explanations and analyses of the processes, measures and implementing effects in the yearly payment system practice of America, Germany, Japan; and in the domestic part, the dissertation puts stress on the research of the relevant policies,measures, statistics, implementing effects and existing problems in the yearly payment system practice in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Sichuan.The dissertation introduces the general situation of HPEC at first in chapter three.It gives analysis and explanations to the current situations and questions having go on of the yearly payment system of the senior executives of the company then. The dissertation puts forward the goal of the improvement of the yearly payment system at the end of chapter three.It is the focal point of the dissertation to design the managers' yearly payment system of HPEC. The dissertation gives detailed analysis and explanations to the basis and the principle of the design for yearly payment system and also the selection of parameters reflecting management results. The relevant data gathered from the state-owned enterprises in Henan province is 180. Using the data and the software SPSS 10.0, a multiple regression model based on the fact that the yearly payment data being the dependent variable is built. The model is considered to be rational through kinds of statistical tests . Afterwards, 60 data from 10 enterprises newly collected is used to carry on the practicability test of the model, results indicate that thecorrelation coefficients and identical rate are all quite high. The following is to put the data of the relevant parameters in HPEC 2002 year's report into the model to calculate the number of the yearly payment and I find that the number of the actual yearly payment is much different from the number of the model yearly payment. Afterwards, the dissertation gives detailed analysis and explanations to the reasons caused the difference and makes improvement to the model to fit the situations of HPEC.Pay more attention to the solution of long-term encouragement and post consumption,the dissertation designs a new plan to the managers' yearly payment system of HPEC.Combining with the reality of the yearly payment system of HPEC, the last chapter of the dissertation makes summary and explanations to the relevant conditions of implementing the plan of managers' yearly payment system of the state-owned enterprises and puts forward 7 opinions and suggestions to the practice of the system.
