The interest rate marketization reform has brought some new requirements for the commercial bank management in our country. Confronted the double pressures of many internal problems and the external financial opening, China's commercial banks are urged to reform themselves. In recent years, the Central Bank has taken measures to improve the managerial mechanism and structure of the commercial banks. In this case, it is of a great practical significance to study how to grasp the chance and better their internal management. This essay revolves around the center of the effect of the interest rate marketization on China's commercial bank management. Compared with the foreign theories and practices on the interest rate marketization and the commercial bank management, combined with the experience of China's interest rate marketization, the essay organically analyzes the mutual relationship between the interest rate marketization and the commercial bank management. This essay takes the three aims of profitability, safety and liquidity in the commercial bank management as its motivation and purpose, and with the help of the financial statistic data, analyses theoretically and practically the asset & liability management, the risk management and pricing management in China's commercial banks. In addition, the essay puts forward the corresponding suggestions on and solutions to the existing problems in reality.
