The design of performance evaluation system should be individualized. Different industries should vary on performance evaluation system, and even within one corporate, performance evaluation system should vary based on different adopted strategies, business environment, operational risk, and cash flow status, for different developmental stage. This article is trying to incorporate corporate life cycle into performance evaluation system, and thus to construct corporate performance evaluation indices system from the point of view of corporate life cycle.This article is taking standardized research approach, combining theory and practice, with reference to related research domestic and abroad. There are 5 Parts in this article. The basic thread of thought starts with defining research background, literature review, relevant concepts and research methods in Part 1. Taking a close insight into different stages of corporate life cycle in Part 2, and discussing generally on corporate performance evaluation system in Part 3 set the foundation for the whole article. And then Part 4 further discusses and analyzes the performance evaluation indices system on different stages of corporate life cycle. Finally, I conclude this article with the trend of future research and the limitation of this article.
