The Study Of Marxian Property Rights Theory

The reason why the current reform of state-owned enterprise can't thoroughly solve the big headache of low efficiency is the two theoretic defects of the reform that the studying thinking and method are in accordance with the western theory of property rights while lacking in the systematic and in-depth study of Marxian property rights theory, and that the studying content is restricted in the field of material capital property rights, neglecting the study of human resources. It is necessary to use the developed Marxian theory to direct the property rights reform of our country.First of all, this author explores the origin, essence, structure and market environment of Marxian theory, based on which this author makes a contrast between the western property rights theory and the basic evaluation of these problems by some concerned scholars, which can prove that Marx not only has scientific and systematic theory of property rights, but also has the compatible character with the market economy of socialism and the necessity and probability to mix with the western theory. Secondly, this author studies Marxian theory form the process and logic points of view. From the analysis of its historical pattern and evolution of the property rights, the author regards Marxian theory as a developing dynamic theoretic course and comes to a conclusion of "rebuilding the individual ownership" through the criticism of the private ownership, based on which the author explores the system of stock, a transitional form from theprivate ownership to public, and the belonging of the property rights of "rebuilding the individual ownership" from the economic and philosophic points of view. At last, the author conclusively evaluated the Marxian theory of property rights through the following three aspects: relation of the property rights decided by the economic relation; "the division theory of two rights" and the ownership system of socialism and its realizing form, based on which the author analyze s the tendency of the reform of the state-owned enterprise. That is, to build the withdrawing mechanism from the state-owned industry to blending industry, to perfect the arrangement of property rights from the labor's individual stock system to the corporation stock, to reflect on the reform of the state-owned enterprise property rights through people's full-scale and free development.
