| The logistics theory has not been introduced into China for so long time that the role that logistics plays in Chinese economy and the importance that logistics management to the enterprises were only emphasized few years ago. And there relatively exist few studies on modern logistics management of agricultural enterprise. However, in view of the condition of China and some research materials, it is essential and practicable to establish perfect logistics network construct of agricultural products and modern logistics management system of agricultural enterprises.On the basis of such background, the author of the article conducted a further study on agricultural enterprises' modern logistics management in China according to the principle of the combination of theory and practice, utilized the method of combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, combining the micro analysis and macro analysis, and combining the standardized research and positive research by summarizing the development of logistics theory in China and some other countries and considering the realities of logistics development in our country.The author hopes to probe the way to set up the modern logistics management that is suitable to our country's situation and our agricultural enterprises' conditions. By taking the study, the author also expects to provide the valuable research results to agricultural enterprises' modern logistics management.The whole article consists of the introduction and five chapters.Chapter 1. IntroductionThis chapter presents the backgrounds, the purpose and the significance of the study in the first part. An overall survey of the condition of the study on the logistics theory in China and some other countries is made; in the meantime, an overall survey development of logistics of China is made in the second part. The last part introduces the train of thought of this research, the method adopted and the innovation of the research.Chapter 2. The basic theory of the logistics managementFirstly, this chapter introduces the definition, the essence, the function and the category of the logistics. Secondly, this chapter compares the enterprise logistics and the social logistics. In the third part, this chapter put emphasis on explaining the conception of logistics management and the basic theory of agricultural enterprises' logistics.Chapter 3. The successful experience and enlightenments of agricultural products' logistics and enterprises' logistics management in Japan In this chapter, the author introduces the basic situation that agricultural products are sold in a cooperative way in Japan. And the author presents the modern logistics management in Japan and 5S movements in Japanese enterprises. On the basis of the above, this chapter concludes several valuable experiences.Chapter 4. The present situation of logistics management in Chinese agricultural enterprisesIn this chapter, the author lists some real situations and problems that exist in agricultural products logistics and the whole logistics management in Chinese enterprises. Then, the author analyzes the factors that the development of modern logistics management in Chinese enterprises.Chapter 5. Set up the framework of modern logistics management in Chinese agricultural enterprisesThis chapter points the significance of setting up the framework of modern logistics management in Chinese agricultural enterprises. And this chapter solves the problem to choose logistics management mode in the enterprises, and presents the train of thought, the object, the method and the principle of optimizing the agricultural products logistics network system. Secondly, the chapter establishes the agricultural products logistics network system and analyzes the quantitative model of choosing the joint location in agricultural products logistics network.
