Study Of Development Strategy Of Tianjin Railroad Group Corporation

The thesis is based on the theories of modern management, and it is written with a systematically analytical approach that consists of the combination of quality and quantity. The thesis takes Tianjin Railroad Group Corporation as an object of research. According to the real situation, the thesis aims at an in-depth research on the Corporation's strategies for its development.First of all, foreword of the thesis, which gives a brief account of Railroad Group Corporation's development and the related theories of strategic management.Secondly, the thesis is devoted to a profound and comprehensive analysis of the Corporation's external environments, by means of the PEST model and poter's competition construction model, also makes an analysis of the Corporation's actuality and competitive configuration in this industry, and that provides a basis for the Corporation in making strategies for its development.Thirdly, it is intended to make a systematical analysis of the Corporation's internal environments. At the same time, applying RBV theory, it analyzes the Corporation's strategic resources, and establishes the evaluation system of strategic resources.Fourthly, by means of the models of EFE and IFE as well as AHP, the thesis makes a quantitative analysis and a comprehensive evaluation of some key factors in both the Corporation's internal and external environments.
