Research On Technological Innovation For Fengfeng Mining Bureau

Technological innovation is the fundamental motive force in the economic increase of an enterprise. Therefore, it is important for an enterprise to work out the corresponding technological innovation strategy according to its economic development strategy, which is also the key link for the enterprise to work out the strategic development planning. Considering this, this thesis researches into technological innovation for Fengfeng Mining Bureau and puts forward the idea that the conceptual and institution,s innovation is the foundation, the technological innovation is the medium, which aims to explain that the progress of science and technology can guarantee the economic development of the enterprise.Firstly, this thesis expounds the relations of the economic development and the progress of science and technology, and puts forward that the essences of the economic development is the changes of the economic growing mode and raising productivity of the productive factors, and makes clear that the technological innovation is the fundamental motive force in the economic increase of an enterprise.Secondly, this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the economic development strategy of Fengfeng Mining Bureau on the basis of specific operation which is: to strengthen the coal industry, to actively develop the non-coal industry aiming at a new pillar industry so as to create the new economic growth.Next, this thesis advances the strategy of technological innovation of an enterprise, that is, to establish the pattern of scientific and technological innovation, led by the construction of the technical department, Two Bases and Fengfeng Science and Technology Garden, aiming at the independent development of innovation by means of the import, digestion and assimilation. The purpose is to promote the technological development of the enterprise and to create the technology with independent intellectual property right with the intention of strengthening its kernel competitive capacity in the market and the economic strength.Finally, this thesis sets up a set of effective evaluation index system of the progress in science and technology of an enterprise, in order to evaluate and analyze the technological progresses of Fengfeng Mining Bureau. According to this evaluation and analysis, this thesis probes the existing problems of the enterprise and gap between itself and other enterprises, comes up with corresponding solutions so that the technological innovation of the enterprise can get a new phase.
