In this world, "Change is the only constant!" Change is a relatively recent management topic everywhere in the world. In this issue, I wish I can share the success experiences with you by analyzing the organization change and development case of 3T.The article was made up four parts. In the first part, I introduced the background of this article; The second part show us the case of change and development occurred in 3T. The circle of change to development was the key rhythm in the history of 3T. The management committee of 3T succeeded in launch twice change behavior to avoid threaten and manage the opportunity. Especially, the latest change action played a key factor in the survive and development of 3T's history.The third part is the last part. In this part I provide the useful analyst and study preference of the case. Firstly, The success result of 3T 's organization change benefited from the deep comprehensive knowledge of change theory and model. The eights step change tool of J. P. Kotter figure out a clear path for the change. Accumulating the feeling of pressure,Establishing change supervise team, Figuring out the vision, Communicating vision effectively, Empowering to relative member, Keeping further action, Refreezing the result is key step of change; Secondly, For effective change in social environment, you have to manage the change; Thirdly, the success experiences of the organization change and development case of 3T also reveal that if you choose to be a hundreds years company, you must pay more attention in developing the core and characteristic abilities of organization: the abilities of organization change and development;In the end, give some useful guide for case study including fifteen questions and the forward background of the case.
