After china's attending in WTO, the market of national medical instruments opens comprehensive. External trade products launch all-out offensive in order to occupy the markets first. In the meanwhile, those large-scale enterprises in our country are also unwilling to lag behind. Facing such severe condition, it's vital for medical instruments of Anhui Electric and Science Research Institute to search marketing opportunity and have a correct marketing strategy .According to relative theories in marketing, strategy management, microeconomics, and etc., this article has briefly introduced the general character of Chinese medical instruments industry after much marketing research. In this article economic environment, natural and technological environment, politic and law environment about macro environment have been researched. The microenvironment has been studied via the Five Competitors Analysis. The personality, technology, product, organization, market, and etc. about the inner condition have also been covered. Above all, the article analysis the advantages and disadvantages resources of Anhui Electric and Science Research Institute.At the guide of the general marketing strategy, the article comes out the four kinds of strategy: market identity strategy, product identity strategy, selling identity strategy and future marketing identity strategy. The article analysis the market trend with Delph model and Intersect Influence model, operate the calculating model of marketing opportunity identity strategy research about Electric and Science Research Institute of Anhui Province.
