Research On Logistic Operation Of Railroad Station D

Taking a Chengdu Railroad Station, D station, as the background, the author studied the relationship between the railway logistics and the local economy, the 3rd Party Logistics model as well as the organization form and regulations system under the 3PL models. This dissertation is expected to give some reference and suggestions on developing modern logistics in D station and the whole railroad.First, the author analyzed the modern logistics environment of D Station and thesocial environment of developing modern logistics in railway stations, focusing on the analysis of the relationship between logistic and economy, on which the author put forward to the strategic target of developing modern logistics for D Station. Second, through the SWOT analysis of D Station, the author presented the strategy of developing modern logistics for the station. At last, the author probed into the corresponding tactics, including how to choose pattern to develop 3PL for D Station and the specific methods in such aspects as organization form, regulations system, infrastructure and MIS construction, etc.
