As the most active and developmentally potential behavior subjects in the logistics market, it is a stringent research subject for the Third Party Logistics Corporations how to win the core competitiveness by the innovation of marketing management and operation model. At the same tome, the development and dissemination of customerization marketing theory provides Third Party Logistics corporation the theoretical foundation to innovate the logistics management.On the basis of integrating with practice in theory, the paper explain theories and relevant background of the Third Party Logistics, Customerization Marketing and Mass Customization. On the basis of this, constructed and analytic the Customization Model of Service of Third Party Logistics. Through drawing lessons from the thoughts of Third Party Logistics, Customerization Marketing and Mass Customization. This paper has explained the whole course in detail that the Customization Model of Service to design, implement until corporation ability reconstructed. The Customization Model of Service designed in this paper can be summarized as follows: The customer is its center, on the basis of fully distinguish from customer's demand and corporation orientation oneselfing, Segmentation the logistics market according to certain standard, according as serving--income model of the corporation, customizes customerizate logistics project by different services level of customers for different customers. This model pay attention to the two-way communication link up corporation and customers, pay attention to maintain and exploit the customers, and supplies customers the systematized and personalized logistics service. Want to execute the Customization Model successfully, must carry on the transformations of corporation structure and marketing process reengineering. The overall plan that must list logistics information construction in the corporation is paid attention to. Besides, cultivate the corporate culture that the customer orientated, this is the foundation that the Customization Model of Service can be consolidated.By executing Customization Model of Service, the Third Party Logistics corporations can win the competitive advantage on productivity and value so that they become the market leaders which take advantage in the respects of cost and service quality.
