Paying close attention to China's reality, the " Three Rural " issues are the big problems concerning the overall situation, the realization of the richness of the whole people and the struggle to a relatively comfortable life, and the national long-term stability undoubtedly. So, all the time, Chinese Government and intellectual circles are both working hard for solving the " Three Rural " issues. So far, the " Three Rural " issues are the most arduous task to us in modernization drive, the greatest difficult problem that we build the well-to-do society in an all-round way.Marxism about the view of woman development think: It always confirm a certain historical development of times that woman can move towards degree of freedom. Rural women in our country are not only persons who bear of the task of the people reproduction in the countryside, but also the main workforce of agricultural production under agriculture's womanlike condition, the existence of the rural women and state of development is an important criterion of the countryside, agriculture and peasant's state of development. According to statistics of the past 20 years of World Health Organization and medical circle of our country, China is the highest country of the rate of women committing suicide in the world, rural women are the highest colony of the rate of committing suicide in China, suicide is the first reason to result in death to women of rural youth 15~34 years old, we can say the suicide of present rural woman has already become a serious social problem that can't be avoided and it is urgent to be solved in china, at the same time the rate of rural woman who commit suicide remains high is a typical and concentrated reflection on the seriousness of the " Three Rural " issues, too. So, to concern about the suicidal phenomenon of the rural woman is not merely to care about and succor the social disadvantaged groups, but also an important visual angle of investigating and solving the " Three Rural " issues especially. If suicide rate of rural women can't be lowered, the existence and state of development of rural women can't be improved, the " Three Rural " issues are very difficult to be solved, the progress of the Chinese society and development of Chinese nation are even not known where to begin. Just thinking of this, on the basis of the responsibility of being feminie and deep sympathy to rural woman, under the guidance of Professor Chen Qin, the writer chooses the visual angle of committing suicide of rural women to perceive of seriousness of the " Three Rural " issues.This dissertation is divided into four major parts besides the introduction and conclusion.
