A Study On Some Problem Disadvantaged Groups And Improvement Of Migrant Workers' Human Rights

Protection of human rights is the ultimate aim of the rule by law, especially, the human rights situation of the disadvantaged groups is the reflection of a nation's civilization degree and rule level by law.This thesis studies the human rights of some migrant workers who belong to the disadvantaged groups.Firstly to describe their human rights in current situation which is imperfect and confined greatly; Secondly to analyze the reasons which come from individuals and society, from spirit and material, from history and actuality; Thirdly, he author suggests the construction of the social security system for the migrant workers' human rights in which socialist political system and socialist public ownership are the basis, government is the core, society is the mirror, employment units and migrant workers are the direct executors.The author believes that under the leadership of Communist Party of China and as the improvement of people's material life, the protection level of migrant workers' human rights will also be improved.
