A Study Of Logistics Management Information System Under Supply Chain In Dingxiang Group Corporation Of Liaoning Province

Studying and discussing modern logistics management, supply chain management, business procedure reengineering, enterprise's internal control, information integration, management information system and other relevant theories and methods, combining closely the concrete situations of Dingxiang Group Corporation, aiming at the problems in logistics management, this paper applies the modern science management theories and methods and information technology to analyze and design the logistics management information system under supply chain of Dingxiang Group. To begin with, we analyze and plan the management and control system as a whole on the grounds of the following three strategies: procedure reengineering, internal control and information system. Then we choose planning management subsystem, purchasing management subsystem, and inventory management subsystem as the key implementing points and analyze and design them in the their respective chapters separately.The logistics management information system of Dingxiang Group includes planning management subsystem, custom management subsystem, sales settlement management subsystem, provider management subsystem, purchasing management subsystem, shipping management subsystem and inventory management subsystem. By the seven subsystems, businesses in and outside the enterprise form an overall organic function and thus an integrated logistics management system under supply chain comes into the world. Thesupply chains internal and outside enterprises are integrated organically by controlling and coordinating effectively the current of materials, the current of information and the current of funds in order to achieve the best overall dynamic goal and to meet the needs of production and management of high quality, high flexibility and low costs under the new competitive environments.In the process of studying, we insist the way of thinking of " from bringing up the question to analyzing question to specifying goal and to realizing goal". We also specify the original key implementing point according to the principles of " unified resources, participatory information, needed guides, unified control, previous planning , original control in purchasing management and low costs in inventory management".
