It is emphasized that we develop the management based on mankind in the current age. The salary management is no longer a simple process that employees receive salary or employers raise salary for employees. A enterprise should build up a set of new salary management ideas. The new salary management methods will be adopted in order to make salary a valid tool that can satisfy the needs of employees and reserve persons with ability and keep competition of enterprises and set a life community between enterprises and individuals. With respect to competition of persons with ability in the whole world, we must think about questions of China enterprise salary system from the view of human capital and establish a new salary management system to adapt to Chinese specific conditions and reality using other countries' advanced ideas of salary management for reference.Enterprise salary management is a core content of enterprise human resource management. It was neglected at a once in our country. This thesis is developed along a sequence of raising a question, explaining it, analyzing it and solving it. We compare and analyze different salary management systems of developed countries. Furthermore, we discuss a set of questions that are in pur enterprise salary management system. I propose some ideas and measures on how to reform and improve enterprise salary management system in our country. In my paper, I do some works to discuss it in order that I can make up for the insufficiency of enterprise salary management theory and devote myself to push its developing.
