Meanwhile, the results of the Global Economic Information turn the competition advantage of a company from the ability of own natural resources to own information & knowledge resource which only could be achieved by communication and studying. In view to the dynamic/fast developing/ keep changing market condition, one kind of new company model emerge as the times require, which is virtual enterprise.The writer studied the virtual operation status of Wuxi Weiye Technology Co. Ltd. during the time he acted as the G. E. Assistant and Business Dept. Manager, and realized that the virtual model operation of Weiye Co. seemed not so systematic/scientific.This thesis starts from the theoretic basic of the virtual operation of Weiye Company, does plenty of analysis & discussions on the co-partner selection/quality management/risks control/ culture construction according to the company' s operating status. Raised out target evaluation system to co-partner in viewing of essences and restrictions; raised out Third party Quality Management System which treat the quality supervision team as the core; raised out whole-process risks control process inc: pre/in/after; raised out "rooted on people" company culture system on culture construction. Meanwhile, clearly categorized the organizational chart/introduced the Management by Object to effectively ensure the key points above.This thesis is in hope to build a standard model to company' s virtual operation through the study of Weiye Company, providing some thoughts, ideals and hints for the virtual company operating.
