The Research On The Construction Of Credit Reporting System Of Our Country

Our Market Economy has developed to an advanced period-Credit Economy,the construction of Credit Reporting System is needed urgently. In recent years, a great deal of research articles on the construction of Credit Reporting System of our country emerged, but mostly focused on the topic of the meaning and importance of the construction of Credit System. This cannot meet the need of our country in the process of construction of Credit System. Therefore, my thesis comes.The feature of my thesis is: to summarize the experience of foreign credit reporting countries and then discuss the development mode of our country's construction of credit reporting system from the operational angle. The credit system can be divided into three aspects: l.the institution; 2.the data operation; 3.the law and legislation.In the framework of institution, we discussed the two systems: Public Credit Registries and Private Credit Reporting Firms, and then analyzed the mode of institution we should choose in our country's construction of credit system.In the framework of data operation, we discussed the data stream and the information that should be accumulated by the credit agencies and then summarized an ideal development model of our country's credit system.In the framework of law and legislation, we analyzed the relevant law of foreign countries and then gave some advice to our country's legislation of credit reportingFurthermore, we choose the case of Shanghai, examined the relevance of the development of Shanghai's Individual credit reporting system and the development of Shanghai's economy using the statistic method.
