In the view of Marxism, the essence of human being is combined with different social relationship in reality not the abstract individual. The social characteristic is the essence of human being. It's proved by many researchers that communication plays a very important role in the process of human being's evolution from natural man to social man. In short, where there is man , there is communication, so the education which aims to train and develop man needs communication. This thesis sets out from the view of cross and connection subjects of ideological-political education and communication, trying to make an initial research to the improvement of the ideological-political education communication in the new times.In the real research, we make a general description of ideological-political education communication by analyzing the conception of communication in different field. The communication in ideological-political education means a social action that the educator and educatees exchange their feelings and information by using the means of language and symbol to make a common understanding on ideas, politics and morality, so as to help educatees turn the morality needed in the society into their own knowledge and turn the new knowledge about the morality into their action. Ideological-political education communication is a kind of communication among people, but there are still some difference: fixed people and information, a definite purpose and no balance of resource between the educator and educateesCommunication is a special mechane which should be kept in the process of ideological-political education. There are some basic theories for the research on ideological-political education communication: the first is the theory of human being, which is explained by Marx, the second is the theory of education communication and the third is the new idea of social development that man is the basic point whatever we do. These theories mentioned above enlighten us that we should attach more importance to the communication between the educator and educatees in the process of education to make an understanding on their information and feelings, to culture educatees' excellent character and morals.The ideological-political education communication is a developing process in which some factors keep in contact with each other and rely on each other. We often start our research on the communicating process by constructing a mode ,to analyze the way of factors' playing. The mode of mutual communicating process is a scientific and rationalone, which proves the mutual communicating between the educator and educatees, as well as take the environment into consideration. So this kind of mode is worth applying in ideological-political education communication and expecting to be developed.The result of communicating is often affected by educator's ability, educatees' quality and the way of communicating, so the author suggests that we should change the idea of education, calling a mutual communicating; we should improve educator's ability, nourishing the "expertise" contingent of ideological-political education; we should enhance the psychological study to the educatees and adjust all environmental factors to develop the ideological-political education communication.We should keep some principles and master some methods to improve the results of communicating, for example, the educator and educatees should keep communicating equally, honestly and secretly as well as often communicate in time. There are some methods such as heart-to-heart talking, educatees' being affected by the scene, psychological study and so on.
