The imaginative joinder of offenses is an important appearance of the theory of the number of offenses. This thesis is divided into four parts. Chapter One is a summary of the imaginative joinder of offenses. Analyze the concept, the example of legislation, theory oriention, and essence of the imaginative joinder of offenses.The Imaginative joinder of offenses is a behavior violate several crimes, or rather, the behavior which observe naturally or on the general views is one, but on the crime constitution, it can be evaluated several times. This usually happened when the behavior is of several attribute or caused several results. It essentially is joinder of several crimes.Chapter Two analyzes the constitution of the imaginative joinder of offenses, Scholars of our country all thinking the imaginative joinder of offenses is a behavior but violating few crimes. But they have different attitudes towards the meaning of the imaginative joinder of offenses, about behavior, criminal intent, and the scope of criminal charges.Chapter Three is about the punishment principal of the imaginative joinder of offenses.
