On Research Of Prevention Of Online-Bank Risks In Our Country

Along with the development of the Information Economy, the Net Economy based on Internet brings a great revolution to the human society. The effect of Internet is changing all fields and trades which the Internet extended in. Not only the Internet-only Bank appears and develops rapidly, but also the traditional commercial banks take their traditional businesses on Internet. The online-bank is not the result of simply putting the traditional commercial bank and Internet together. It has own characteristics and advantages, also brings series troubles. It is affecting the banking deeply.This article is based on the present situation of online-bank of our country and has specially the future of online-bank in mind. First the article introduces the general idea of online-bank and the general situation of online-bank of our country. Then on the basis of systematic analysis of the cause and the classification of online-bank risks, the article proposes prevention of online-bank risks from three aspects that are risk control of commercial bank inside regulation of banking regulatory agency and secure certification of the third side certificate authority. Also the article gives some advices based on present situation of the three aspects and problems existed in the three aspects.
