Research On The Asset-Backed Securitization Financing Of The Infrastructural Project Construction In China

With the development of our country economics, the problem that the infrastructural investment is not enough in our country has gradually appeared. In a way, this problem has been the "choke point" that restricts the development of the economics in our country. It has became a very important problem that how to improve the ways of financing for the infrastructural investmentand and enhance the infrastructural project construction and investment.Asset-backed securitization financing is one of the most important financing innovation and instruments in the recent years. This financing means has applied to many fields. The paper mainly point to how to use the new financing means to enhance the infrastructural project construction and insure the continuing and fast development of our country economics.Based on the introduction to the concept of asset-backed securitization financing, the paper expound the asset-backed securitization's base theory, characters and trend of the development. And in the paper, compare it with the existed financing means specially with BOT project financing of the infrastructural project construction in our country. According to the situation of the infrastructural project construction, analysis the feasibility of the application of asset-backed securitization in the infrasturctural project construction, and research it's risk and pricing. In the end, analysis the problems when we apply this financing means to our country's infrastructural project construction and give the relevant means.
