The Study On The Index System Of The Well-off Society

The 16th Conference of Representatives of CCP has put forward the goal of the construction of all-round well-off society to national people. To realize the magnificent goal of the construction of all-round well-off society smoothly , it is necessary to put forward a set of norms of all-round well-off society and to carry out effective inspection , announce inspecting result regularly, letting the people know of the enforcement process of the construction of all-round well-off society. According to the spirit of the 16th Conference of Representatives of CCP, this thesis takes the scientific intension of the all-round well-off society as point of penetration , devises a set of statistical index system of the all-round well-off society with its goal value and applies certain comprehensive evaluation technique for the all-round well-off society to implement inspection. This thesis divides into five parts:Chapter One is the foreword. It introduces the background and idea of this thesis ,existing accomplishment of research ,the innovation points and the difficulty in writing.Chapter Two introduces the concept of " the well-off society" from the angle of social history, analyses the present situation of well-off level of our country , and elaborates the scientific intension of the all-round well-off society emphatically.Chapter Three designs the appraisement index system of the all-round well-off society on the basic of domestic existing index systems, according to certain guiding ideology and principle. The goal value that distinguishes from the critical value is the innovation of the concept.Chapter Four selects major indices to make statistical forecast, letting the social have the knowledge of the all-round well-off society on quantity ,and carries out comparative study for foreseeing value and goal value.Chapter Five analyses the comprehensive evaluation problem of the all-round well-off society. This thesis carries out comparative studying for some kinds of comprehensive evaluation techniques. Then the author constructs the well-off level index . Finally this thesis carries out principal component analysis for the process of all-round well-off society of different provinces , and puts forward related policy suggestion.
