The global economy is carrying out transforming from industrial econ omy to knowledge economy in the 21st century. The characters of knowled ge economy decide that knowledge typed organizations must enhance their lasting and effective learning capacity and become "learning organizations" so that to add innovative vigor to the organization, in order to exist and develop. On the basis of "learning organization", and "knowledge typed t alents" theories, the paper brings forward the topic-the management of knowledge typed military talents. Through the real case, it analyzes the fea sibility and possible effect of learning organization. On basis of which it p osed the procession and model of establishing "Learning Organization." Be sides, it summarizes the experiences and points out the problems unsolved. In conclusion, it points out that "Learning Organization" can well help m ilitary organizations develop their human resource, however it can not solv e many problems existing in troops now. Last, it discusses that we must d eepen the reform of the military administration system at the same time, s o that to make the best of "learning organization", and to improve the wa y of administrating knowledge typed military talents.
