In my thesis, I try to find out ways to solve these problems thoroughly on theory and practice.The real estate finance of china has not developed for a long time, but we have accumulated lots of useful experience to study. And what we can learn and use from the developed foreign countries is very rich. Under the circumstance, this study mainly applies empirical methods and comparative methodsThe thesis has five main sections. First of all, in forward, it emphasizes the significant position of real estate in whole nation economy, and the real estate finance in whole finance world. Secondly, it analyzes the main aspects of real estate finance. Thirdly, it introduces the advance experience of estate finance in foreign nations. Fourthly, it brings up the difficult issues of real estates in China. Such as: the absence building on private credit, the fake mortgage, and so on. At the end of the overall study, it propose a working strategy and to offer fresh perspectives for researchers and policy-makers of real estate finance.
