Study On The Movement Of Agricultural Usage Land In Sichuan

The Transference of Agricultural Usage Land (TAUL) has become a primary problem which propelled the innovation of rural land usage system and land market foundation and improvement. Studying and regulating TAUL not only can efficiently avoid land leaving unused, improve land utilization and optimize the collocation of land resources; but also can accelerate agricultural framework adjustment, increase peasants' income and promote rural economy development. Therefore, this paper makes a thorough study on TAUL after an on-the-spot investigation and a wide range of data collection. Firstly, this paper analyzes the essential reason; Secondly, it puts forward a design of TAUL on the basis of present situation and exited problems of TAUL in Sichuan, then makes a thorough study on the principals, conditions and forms of TAUL; thirdly, the owner institution of Nanchong city is analyzed as a form of TAUL, and on the basis of this it thoroughly studies primary economic problems of TAUL; in the end it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for perfecting and strengthening the TAUL in the future.
