Study On Strategy Of Securities Company And Centralized Trading System

With the rapid development of China's economy and the securities market, more and more foreign securities companies enter into the Chinese market, which will have a great influence on the domestic securities companies. Therefore, it is urgent for Chinese securities companies to make a systematic study about the development strategy with both imminent opportunities and challenges. First, the current situation of Chinese securities companies is discussed in this thesis as well as the movement and development trend of the information technology application in these companies. Meanwhile, issues on challenges from entering WTO, commission system reforms and group operation are analyzed in detail, which shows that branding campaign, technology platform innovation and organizational structure changing will be the core content in the reformation of China's securities business.As with the innovation of technology platform, we introduce the Centralized Trading System from its concepts, implementation modes, system framework, functions, features, advantage and challenge. In addition, the parallel processing ability and trading response time of the system, backup and disaster recovery system are analyzed and designed separately, which constitutes the main steps of implementing the Centralized Trading System.In the application of the computer information system to the Centralized Trading System, the technology solution from Hangzhou Handsome Electronics Co., Ltd. has been chosen and is evaluated in detailed with the designing principles, main functions, system framework, and security management. It has universal applicability and reference, which contributes to the proper selection of software for the securities companies.Finally, we make a case study of Bohai Securities Co., Ltd., in which we evaluate the orientation and functions of the Centralized Trading System, backup and disaster recovery system, and the designing of software and hardware platform. It reveals that the Centralized Trading System provides with a good solution for the securities company, which is also a feasible reference platform for other securities companies.
