With the development of reform and opening to the outside world in China, a lot of foreign companies have surged into China, bringing the new idea of management. Human resource management is very important in the development of foreign-invested companies. It targets all the employees of a company. HRM directly affects the operation and benefits of the companies.It's a trend to center the human resource in the company's management. HRM of foreign-invested companies is an important issue in the new era. On the base of a lot of HRM files collected from many foreign-invested companies. A set of basic principles have been concluded in the thesis. Human resource forecasting & planning and cross-cultural HRM, together with HRM activities, have been researched in this thesis. In addition, mathematics model concerning human resource flow and supply has been made.Foreign-invested companies have the free rights of management .In order to adapt to the China market and Chinese policies & regulations ,it is a must to establish a set of HRM operating patterns which are suitable for the Chinese reality. All these been worked out and are of some useful to the HRM in foreign-invested companies and China's enterprises.
