Research Of The Evaluation And Prediction System For Real Estate Investment Risk

In this paper, the evaluation and prediction system is researched for the real estate investment risk. It makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the real estate investment risk, and explain the definition and feature of the risk factors that is classified in this thesis. According to the factual demand of evaluation and prediction, the evaluation and prediction system is set up. On the basis of research, the computer program is worked out, we can use it to evaluate and predict the real estate investment risk, in order to provide valuable reference to risk controlling and risk avioding. It also helps land agents to establish relevant controlling mechanism with pertinence, which guarantee the investment decision proper.
