Provide process industry CIMS functional system structure. Fine layers are divided as per the function: operation decision, enterprises management, production control ,process supervision and process control .While, according to the characteristics of comprehensive automation technology in chemical process, the thesis introduce Business Process Reengineering into CIMS and analyze the intension of enterprise operation process restructure and under CIMS, the way and procedure o f enterprise operation process, The thesis think process industry comprehensive automation system is the combination of advanced process technology, modern management technology and information, take production process control, good composition, operation, plan and management as a entirely to control and manage, providing whole solution scheme to realize good operation, good control, advanced management in the enterprise in order to raise core advanced technology which is the competitive ability.Finally, fixed on the Chemical Process Comprehensive Automation Project of Canzhou Dahua TDI Company, the thesis has analyzed and researched the application background, application technology, economic profit and project risk. The thesis think the application of CIMS will raise economic profit and social profit, increase competition ability, promote operation management, help the enterprise realize management modernization.
