On The Bond Financing Of Chinese Private Enterprises

With the development of the reformations of socialistic market economy system, the private enterprises in China have the largest changes after the reformation and open policies. They have been the most important impulse and the main c omposition for our economic development. At the same time, there are some bad factors to baffle the deep development of the private enterprises. Lacking financing channels is the most obvious and is unmatched with the contributions to our economic development. Bond financing, which is the most popular means in the foreign enterprises, should be used by Chinese private enterprises. It will bring important practical significances to solve the financing difficulties of the private enterprises and strength Chinese bond market.This thesis is composed of five chapters.The first is mainly about the research backgrounds and summaries of the private enterprises' financing in China. Then based on the financing structure and financing environment of Chinese private enterprises, the thesis analyses the difficulties of private enterprises' financing. In the second chapter, the thesis put forwards the creative view that Chinese private enterprises should use bond financing after the analysis of the theories and practices of foreign enterprises. The third chapter analyses the necessary and rnanipulability about private enterprise' bond financing. Aiming at the present obstacles, the forth chapter suggests the related measures to perfect Chinese private enterprises' bond financing from the two aspects : self-essentials and the exterior systems.
