The lack of reputation is the obstacle in the course of MSE' credit. On such a premise, we make the MSE' reputation as a core and point out that reputation grade can be improved by realizing the MSE' continuous growth. The aim of the study is to develop reputation as the competing superiority, thereby the difficulty of credit will be solved. We not only put forward the reputation theory of "system-behavior-achievement", but also make empirical analysis of influence factors using the Tongling city as the example. We find that capital scale and enterprise system are not the decisive factors, while repayment record, the period of establishment and sound financial administration system are the strongly relative factors. On this basis, the author builds up the "accumulative amplifying model" among the MSE' growth, reputation and comparative superiority of credit. In this model, we point out that reciprocal influence among these factors take on the characteristics of multiple amplifications. And "continuous-growth", "reputation memory" and "credit surplus" are the starting point. "The accumulative amplifying model" provides the theoretical resistance to reduce credit obstacles and implies a series of important policy conclusions simultaneously.
