The Research On The Clear Power System

In this article, I want to present a systematic research on the clear power system, which may apply standard analysis and comparative research. The whole paper includes six pieces. The basis piece presents and makes a comparative research on the relative theory in the country, probes into some basic theory of the clear power system, such as its definition and characteristic, and compares the clear power system with the relative questions in the civil procedure theory. Base on the existed theory on the content of the clear power system, the theory piece respectively discusses the purpose of its establishment, the gist of its existence, and the analysis of its tendency. The function piece makes a demonstration of its legitimacy in the aspect of philosophy, value and reality. The body piece constructs the ideal clear power system. The reality piece illustrates the application of this system, and how to coincide with the reform of civil judicatory fashion in our country. The last piece provides the author's legislative suggestion and revelation. The content mentioned above convinced the author that the clear power system is one of the main contents of the judge's lawsuit commanding power in the course of civil procedure construction, and the essential requirement of this system coincides with the tendency of the civil procedure of the other countries.
