On The Evidence Disclosure Procedure And The Challenges It Brings

Evidence disclosure procedure has developed into a sophisticated degree in western countries, but is still at the initial stage in China. The introduction of evidence disclosure procedure to our country is a bold attempt in the reform of civil judicial procedure. Whatever effect it is, the evidence disclosure procedure has brought great challenges to the whole civil procedure law of China. The thesis introduced and analyzed the foreign evidence disclosure procedure in terms of procedure structure and jurisprudence. Then the author dissected the challenges the evidence disclosure procedure brought to our country, and finally offered some suggestions to the perfecting of the procedure in China.
