Facing the vehement competition of domestic and foreign financial industries, local banks have accelerated their electronic process with a great deal of application systems in operation. It is the responsibility of information management department of CDB to build a comprehensive and multi-layer guarding system and secure their operation.The thesis analyzes the risks facing CDB credit management system and makes a theoretical study on the security technology prevailing in local bank systems. It includes physical and network security, anti-virus, anti-hacker, encryption technology, access control, identification and security audit. The thesis summarizes the basic idea, outline and the leading principle for providing solutions to some bank security problems.Based on theoretical study on security theory, the author has provided solutions to security problems involved in "China Development Bank Credit Management System" . The solutions include data encryption, access control and identification. Data encryption covers data storage and verification achieved by DES and HASH algorithms. In the access control section, user-privilege and authorization strategy are achieved according to theory of based-on the role and self-determination. The key section-identification, designed on PKI theory, makes a detailed projection on authentication system development.
